Terms of Service — Dynavids

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Dynavids. If you use Dynavids for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, so tell us straight away at hello@dynavids.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

One person may not create several accounts to collect extra free credits.

2. What Dynavids does

Dynavids uses artificial intelligence to research a topic, write a script, record a voiceover, design animated scenes and render a video. You can run every step automatically or review each one.

We improve the service all the time, so features may change, be added or be removed. Features marked as preview or beta may not work perfectly.

3. Credits, plans and payments

Video production uses credits. Each step shows its credit cost before it runs. Finished video is charged at 100 credits per minute at Standard quality, 150 credits per minute at High quality, 250 credits per minute at Max quality.

If a step fails because of a problem on our side, the credits for that step are returned to your balance automatically.

Plan credits are added each billing period as described on the pricing page when you buy the plan. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay and may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live. If we change a plan price, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing period.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we agree to one in writing.

4. Your content

Your content means the topics, text, files, links, brand kits and other material you give us, and the scripts, audio, images and videos the service produces for you.

You keep the rights you have in your content. We do not claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display your content only so that we can run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or link to, including logos, fonts, images, documents and code, and for making sure your use of the finished video does not break anyone else’s rights.

5. Using the videos you make

On paid plans you may use your videos for commercial purposes. Free Trial videos carry a watermark and are for trying the service.

AI can make mistakes. Scripts, facts, numbers, translations and voiceovers may be inaccurate or incomplete, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. Review every video before you publish it, and do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Some platforms ask you to label content made with AI. Following those rules is your responsibility.

6. What you must not do

Break any law, or help anyone else break it.
Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
Impersonate a real person or organisation, or create content meant to deceive people about who is speaking.
Create content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against people, or any sexual content involving minors.
Create spam, scams, malware or deliberate misinformation.
Try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits and security of the service.
Scrape the service, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product without our written permission.

We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules.

7. Other services

Dynavids relies on other companies for AI models, voice generation, storage, email and payments. Links and sources you add may point to third-party websites. We are not responsible for those services or websites, and their own terms may apply.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Dynavids at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your projects and unused credits.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your videos.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that its outputs will meet your needs or be accurate.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Dynavids is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or damage to reputation.

Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against Dynavids because of your content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will update the date at the top and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in or open the studio. If you do not accept, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
